There are some things we just cannot live without. None of our bikinis would ever get made without coffee, numerous cups a day actually. Salads and healthy eating are part of our healthy lifestyle but we could never relax at the end of the day without a nibble of chocolate or something else sweet.
Our world runs on coffee and chocolate and we love to support small brands who are making exceptional and artisanal products just like us here in the USA.
The Best Chocolate Bar You’ve Now Just Discovered
Noah has spent the last several years of his life traveling the world, tasting raw honey and raw cacao. Now he brings you truly raw chocolate bars that anyone could replicate in nature by simply using sticks, stones, and a bowl. Our current favorite bars are the Honey Coconut and Sea Salt Chocolate. They pair perfectly with a nice medium body red wine.
These chocolates are complex and simple in their deliciousness and made with natural ingredients in Fairfield, Iowa.
Noah’s Raw Chocolate also offers vegan chocolate bars for those with dietary restrictions.
We here at A’QUA Swim drink a lot of coffee. We mean A LOT. It fuels us through design sessions, hours of sewing, all day photoshoots, and so much more. Each sip is moment to savor.
In the remote highlands of 9th century Abyssinia, now Ethiopia, a lone goatherd named Kaldi noticed his goats were full of energy, dancing and prancing, after eating a small red fruit from a nearby shrub. Not wishing to be left out of the fun, he ate the cherries and soon he was dancing too. According to legend, Kaldi and his goats had discovered coffee. This is where Batdorf and Bronson’s Dancing Goats house blend gets it’s name
Dancing Goats is perfect in our home espresso machine but also lends itself to drip coffee or pour-overs.
Dark, smooth, and sweet, with a beautiful floral aroma; Dancing Goats has an exceptionally clean acidity with a heavy, nutty body. Its complexity makes for both a flavorful espresso with rich, rusty reddish-brown crema, as well as an excellent drip coffee.
While this is our favorite and one of the most approachable coffees we consume, Batdorf and Bronson features a wide array of roasts to comfort or challenge your palette.

Established in 2019, Iron Wolf Co. is a Southern California lifestyle brand built by three friends who want to share their passion for motorcycles, music, and specialty coffee. While they originally planned to open a shop in Baja, Mexico, the team encountered political push back which has led us to search for a new home.
Iron Wolf’s philosophy speaks to the journey we all take to become stronger, better versions of ourselves in spite of the hurdles life throws at us and their coffee is no different. Robust and oak forward in flavor. This roast is best enjoyed in a french press or around a campfire.
In addition to making an earthy roast of coffee, they
With the sun in the sky, music playing, your favorite bikini on, lounging by the pool or the ocean, we know how to relax and maximize every sense. A big part of that is having a delightful cocktail in your hand with nothing to do and let time fly by.
Always tart and refreshing, the Paloma’s origins stem from Mexico but when it was first created remains a topic of debate. But that won’t stop you from enjoying one.

Made famous as the official drink of the Kentucky Derby, this summer beverage dates back to early colonial America as a morning elixir. We don’t care because it had bourbon and mint in it and those are two things we love.
• 3 oz. bourbon
• 5-6 mint leaves
• 1 tsp. sugar
Pop in the mint leaves into the bottom of a pre-chilled, dry pewter cup. Add sugar and crush a little bit with a muddler. Pack glass with finely cracked ice, then pour a nice 3 ounces of bourbon over the ice. Stir briskly until the cup frosts. Add more ice and stir again before serving. Stick a few sprigs of mint into the ice to get a nice aroma.
Cuba’s most famous and refreshing drink. Mint is also great for the digestive system so be sure to eat the garnish when the liquid is gone.
• 2 oz. white rum
• 1/2 oz. lime juice. Fresh squeezed is preferred
• 1 tsp. superfine sugar
• 3 mint leaves, club soda or seltzer
In a collins glass, muddle lime juice with 1/2 to 1 tsp. superfine sugar. Add mint leaves and muddle them against the side of the glass. Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice and pour in the rum. Pitch in the squeezed-out lime shell and top off with club soda or seltzer.
A classic and refreshing summer favorite.
• 2 oz. silver tequila
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. lime juice
• coarse salt
Chill a cocktail glass, coat the rim with lime juice, and dip it in coarse salt. For a little spice, coat the rim with Tajin. Add tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, and ice together in a cocktail shaker. Shake it up, then strain into the glass over ice. Enjoy!
